Philosophy

Robert E PriceI love my work. Each and every client deserves my best. I listen to each client and take the time necessary to understand the client's situation, and then carefully explain the work that is needed. I return calls and emails promptly, and I perform the necessary work in a timely fashion.

I do my best to keep my fees reasonable based upon what is done and the client's circumstances.

I am by nature very calm and I am well-suited for dealing with high-stress situations. I am very good at bringing about the best result for a client in conflict.

In estate planning work I often relieve stress in marriages and families by recommending solutions that have not been considered by my client. It is common today for clients to have children by prior marriages, and this often creates stress in the clients' present marriage in trying to figure out how best to provide for the children of the prior marriage. I frequently can eliminate this stress through the preparation of new Wills and related documents.

In family work I consider the children as the most important people involved, and seek the best long-term solution for them. Divorces are extremely emotional and it is easy for a client to forget the long-term effect of a divorce settlement on the quality of life of the children.
